Let’s be honest: Generally speaking, 2020 has been a pretty rotten year. A lot of us have been stressed, depressed, or even scared about the state of the world, what with the pandemic, the unrest in our nation, and the perilous political climate.

So here’s some genuine advice: Don’t forget to take care of yourself. Allow yourself to be pampered, to blow off some steam, and to channel your stress in a positive way. Don’t let a rough season in American life compromise your mental, physical, or emotional wellbeing.

There are plenty of ways for you to practice self-care here in Carmel Valley. Here are just a few options.
